It is important for RAMCO to help you in using\nthese rights, therefore, we provide the below information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Read this Privacy Policy and contact RAMCO if\nyou have any questions or comments \u2014 info@ramco.lv<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The\nprocessing of your personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The processing of your personal data is performed by RAMCO LTD, registration number 40203081720, address Brivibas street 105-1, Riga, LV-1001, Latvia, as a controller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We\nmay process the following personal data about the following persons:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Contact information (name,\nsurname, address, location, phone number, e-mail address) of a Customer,\nSender, and Receiver;<\/li><li>Customer\u2019s user account data on\nthe website of RAMCO &nbsp;(username,\npassword, name, phone number, e-mail address, transaction history);<\/li><li>Customer\u2019s billing information;<\/li><li>In case the indicated Receiver\ndoes not receive a shipment, the personal data of the person who receives the\nshipment;<\/li><li>Data of an identity document of\nthe Receiver;<\/li><li>Contact information of campaign\u2019s\nparticipants and other submitted information;<\/li><li>Contact information and other\ninformation submitted by the persons who have contacted us (such as by\nproviding feedback, registering a complaint, handing a business card during a\nmeeting or event);<\/li><li>Information about the device\na.o. you are using to access the website of RAMCO ;<\/li><li>Other data that you have\nsubmitted to us.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We\nprocess personal data of <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Customer, Sender, and Receiver to provide a\nService to the Customer, i.e., to accept shipments, receive payments, perform\nsorting and sending, implement customs procedures and delivering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Personal data of participants of campaigns\nand competitions are processed for a purpose of implementing the campaigns\nand\/or competitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, personal data of the persons who\ncontact us with an aim to ask questions, solve issues, specify information etc.\nare subject to processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>An objective of a customer satisfaction survey is to summarise the feedback and assess the satisfaction of a target group with the services provided by us; thus we are processing the data for this purpose. In such cases and according to the effective provisions, it is required that the data processors ensure the necessary safety measures in order to provide controlled and safe data forwarding and processing; this is mainly implemented by requesting to sign standard agreement clauses set by the European Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In all the cases, we transfer as small part\nof personal data as necessary to the third persons for achieving the legal aim\nof such data transfer.
